The key to the BowTech Commander's superior accuracy and performance is its revolutionary center pivot design and split limbs. When this bow is brought to full draw, the limbs pivot into a position far beyond parallel. This results in greater transfer of stored energy upon release, for unparalleled speed and accuracy over distance. At the same time, this efficient design requires less input from the shooter to develop maximum speed and power. BowTech's center pivot design has another important benefit - it delivers absolute sub-zero hand shock and eliminates excessive noise, for increased shooting accuracy and confidence. The BowTech Commander is also engineered with a new center tracking cam design to eliminate limb torque and cam lean - further improving accuracy at any draw and over any distance. And the BowTech Commander's advanced construction includes a new 1-1/2" deflexed forged aluminum riser that is straighter and stronger for greater accuracy and reduced torque. For improved comfort and control, the BowTech Commander features a new modular grip system with twopiece, super-thin side plates. The grip system also incorporates a new shelf trough with a thumb groove underneath that closes the distance between the shooter's hand and the arrow rest holes. Bringing the shooter's hand closer to the arrow helps reduce vertical torque, providing even greater stability and accuracy on tough shots.
