Our aim is to constantly offer the lowest possible prices for all our customers.

To receive any of the prices shown on our online catalogue you MUST place your order online (via the internet) and pay by credit or debit card.

For information only, you can easily contact us via this web site and email, supplemented with traditional communication methods such as telephone and fax.

Security:

We are unaware of any documented cases of credit fraud using our online shopping system. When you place an order, all credit card numbers and details are 128 bit encrypted in the software we use. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer terminal and are never held in clear text by anyone other than ourselves.
Shipping Costs:
In order to save you money we do not pretend to offer "FREE" postage. We are realists, shipping companies do not post for free. Free postage means "we have already included it in the price", instead we calculate shipping costs based on the weight and value of your individual order.

For mainland UK deliveries, our online shopping system will automatically calculate shipping & handling.

Our system will also quote shipping costs for all other delivery destinations but due to restrictions placed by many carriers regarding size and weight of packages, charges can vary by location, in which case we will contact you prior to despatch to agree any changes in delivery cost.

Please Note:
As we have already mentioned if you select First Class Post, we will still process your order just as quickly, but once Royal Mail have collected your order from us we cannot track or trace your order under this service.

Whilst First Class items can normally can be expected to arrive within a couple of working days - it is not unusual for them to take considerably longer (We have on record items being delivered after as long as 28 days in transit). For this reason, if you are in a rush for any item or need guaranteed delivery by a particular date, we strongly recommend selecting either Special Delivery or Parcel Carrier option. Whilst this is a little more expensive it provides full online tracking and guaranteed delivery times once we have shipped your order.

Delivery Schedule
Whichever delivery service you choose, we aim to ship all orders either the same day (Mon-Fri) as they are recieved or at least by the next working day.

To find out when you will receive your order, you need to consider the order processing time and the dispatch method you've selected, such as First Class, Special Delivery or Parcel Carrier etc.

Please note that Regular Royal Mail services (including Recorded First Class) are not time guaranteed and whilst they normally can be expected to arrive, within the UK, in a couple of working days - it is not unusual for them to take considerably longer (It has been know for Royal Mail to take over 15 days to delivery First Class items). For this reason, if you are in a rush for any item or need guaranteed delivery by a particular date, we strongly recommend selecting either Special Delivery or Parcel Carrier option. Whilst this is a little more expensive it provides full online tracking and guaranteed delivery times once we have shipped your order.

Once you have recieved an e-mail from us confirming your order has been shipped, If for any reason your order has not arrived within the expected time, simply drop us an email and we give you the online Tracking Number (Special Delivery or Parcel Carrier services only).

Once you recieve an e-mail stating your order has shipped you should expect the following delivery times:

First Class Mail - 1-2 days

(You will need to allow upto 15 working days under Royal Mails current delivery terms)

Special Delivery

Guaranteed Next Working Day (Before 1 O'Clock)

Parcel Carrier

24-48 hour delivery service for mainland UK, 3-4 working days for most other destinations
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If you would rather not wait for an item, simply e-mail us to cancel any back ordered items.
Returns
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 days of delivery. You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example:- building and fletching arrows, postage and packing, etc).

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for goods that have been opened, used, installed, packaging defaced or are in a non re-sellable condition as new.

To cancel this contract, you must contact us for a "Return Authorization Code". Once you have this authorization please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with a copy of the authorization e-mail so that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Remember to mark package and/or customs labels with "Returned Goods". If we are charged import duty on returned goods this will be deducted from any refund or credit.

• For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded or insured delivery service, BowSports is not liable for any loss or damage whilst in return transit.

• Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty on delivery.

• You should be aware that, once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example:- building and fletching arrows, postage and packing, etc).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the receipt of the returned goods, subject to meeting IN FULL all requirements as set out in our returns terms.
Returning Faulty Goods
All stocked products are carefully selected to ensure maximum quality and are checked for any defects through the manufacturing process before despatch.With this in mind, it is very rare for any item to need to be returned to us. If a product is found to be faulty due to a defect this is normally covered by the manufacturer's own warranty.

If a product is faulty then once we have received the returned package we will inspect and by default we will replace with an identical or similar item with your agreement. All returned items are the responsibility of the customer until received by our company.
Guarantee
All products sold are brand new, unused and as supplied directly from the respective manufacturers and/or distributors. We do not sell second hand or used products unless clearly specified otherwise. No items are sent out on a "trial" basis.

The warranty period between BowSports and the customer is strictly 12 month's from invoice purchase date, regardless of any warranty replacements.
Online Prices

VAT
