The first lesson you should learn about shopping online is:-NEVER SEND YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS BY EMAIL!No serious E-Commerce web site will allow, let alone encourage credit card details to be transmitted without strong encryption. All credit card numbers are 128 bit encrypted in our specialised software designed for the purpose. They are then decrypted only when they reach our computer. Your details are NOT held in clear text on any web site nor are they allowed to be used by third parties. This is the method preferred by most high street banks dealing with sensitive files and other well known companies who offer online services. It is so safe that by comparison you are more likely to encounter a problem when making conventional high street purchases. |
Payment Methods
Using our online shopping cart you can select several payment methods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and debit cards, you can also choose to pay by cheque by selecting 'send payment details seperately' - please note if you choose this option and you intend to pay by cheque please send an e-mail at the time of placing your order confirming you are sending a cheque. |

Making an online Purchase
This could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, click on any of the items that you wish to buy and put them in your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'checkout' and you will be asked a few simple details that we need to satisfy the order.Cancelling an item from the shopping cartShould you wish to cancel an item from the shopping cart, simply click onto the shopping cart icon at the top of the page and there will be an option to cancel. |

What is CVV2 ?
The Card ID (CVV2) is a 3-digit security code that is printed on the back of your credit/debit card. The Card ID is used to verify that you have possession of the credit card you are attempting to use.The number appears on the signature strip after the last four digits of your account number.The signature strip may contain your entire account number or just the last four digits of your account number. Either way, the Card ID will appear after the last four digits of your account number. |  |

What if my card does not have an issue number ?
If paying with a Switch/Debit card you will be asked for an issue number. Some card are no longer issued with a issue number, but only a 'valid from' date and 'expiry date'. If that is the case simply put '0' as an issue number. |
