Recurve archers strive for more arrow speed, only problem is that this reasults in increased vibrations. Until now, stabilizers have not been able to effectively reduce vibration. W&W have developed a revolutionary new stabilizer called the HMC PLUS which specifically addresses this issue.
Historically stabilizers have an even wall thickness along the length of the rod and this means that not all vibration is absorbed, whereas with the new HMC PLUS it features a unique design, it has a wall thickness of 0.0275"(0.7mm) at the front of the rod and 0.0787"(2mm) at the base and the diameter has has been enlarged from 0.669" (17mm) to 0.807" (20.5mm) to successfully absorb the shock and vibration along the entire length of the rod.
