Please read as this affects anyone who has shopped with us in the past, whether you have an account or not.
New Payment providers could mean that if you have shopped with us previously you will need to clear any cookies stored on your device.
This is due to an extra line in the address field being a requirement which means, if cookies are not cleared locally from your device, you may find that when entering your address, clicking next defaults back to details currently held on your device from a previous order which will stop you proceeding.
The good news is that this should only need to be done once and it has allowed us to offer more choice in the way you make payments to us as we now use both Sage Pay (Opayo) and PayPal.
Additionally for Account Holders
A similar issue in that the extra line in the address field will be missing, so to correct this you need to login, update your address, and save the changes.

Importantly this is not live, that means that once you have updated and saved your details, it may take 24-48 hours for those changes to take place, so if you need to place an order immediately check out as a guest.
